Trong thế giới ngày càng phức tạp ngày nay, những rủi ro liên quan đến khả năng phục hồi và tính bền vững chưa bao giờ được cảm nhận sâu sắc đến thế: pháp luật đang thắt chặt, sự giám sát của nhà đầu tư đang được nâng cao, và tâm lý người tiêu dùng ngày càng đòi hỏi nhiều hơn, chuỗi cung ứng toàn cầu bị gián đoạn – đứt gãy, sự nóng lên trái đất…
